目的建立工作场所空气中二氯甲烷的溶剂解吸气相色谱测定方法。方法采用活性炭管采集,二硫化碳解吸,HP-FFAP毛细管柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测空气中的二氯甲烷。结果二氯甲烷浓度在16.58~265.20μg/ml范围内呈线性关系,回归方程为H=0.09766101C-0.0501081,相关系数r=0.99997;方法检出限为1.79μg/ml。以1.5L的采样量计算空气中的浓度为0.40mg/m3。管的解吸效率范围为92.5%~93.8%,重复测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于3.0%。结论该方法准确度高,操作简便,灵敏,适用于工作场所空气中二氯甲烷的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of dichloromethane in a workplace by solvent desorption gas chromatography. Methods The activated carbon tube was collected, carbon disulfide desorption, HP-FFAP capillary column separation, hydrogen flame ionization detector detection of methylene chloride in the air. Results The concentration of methylene chloride was linear in the range of 16.58 ~ 265.20μg / ml. The regression equation was H = 0.09766101C-0.0501081, the correlation coefficient was 0.99997. The detection limit was 1.79μg / ml. The concentration in the air is calculated as a sample of 1.5 L at 0.40 mg / m3. The tube desorption efficiency ranged from 92.5% to 93.8%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of repeated determinations were less than 3.0%. Conclusion The method is accurate, simple, sensitive and suitable for the determination of methylene chloride in the air of workplace.
