目的了解浙江省医用放射诊疗设备辐射防护现状。方法按国家标准要求,对3类放疗设备的性能指标及机房防护进行监测。结果 X线影像诊断设备、放射治疗设备和核医学设备性能指标监测合格率分别为97.94%、100.00%和87.50%,不合格指标有透视受检者入射体表空气比释动能率典型值、影像增强器前入射空气比释动能率、影像增强器系统自动亮度控制、固有非均匀性和固有非线性等5项指标;相对应的放射工作场所防护监测合格率分别为95.68%、90.91%和100.00%,不合格放射工作场所主要包括2个X射线摄影机、3个X射线透视机、3个CT机和2个医用电子加速器的工作场所。结论浙江省放射卫生技术服务水平得到显著提升,但由于设备维护不当和标准陈旧等原因,X射线透视机和SPECT设备合格率仍有待提高,基层单位工作环境有待进一步改善。
Objective To understand the radiation protection status of medical radiotherapy equipment in Zhejiang Province. Methods According to the requirements of national standards, the performance indexes of 3 types of radiotherapy equipment and the protection of engine room were monitored. Results The qualified rates of X-ray diagnostic imaging equipment, radiotherapy equipment and nuclear medicine equipment were 97.94%, 100.00% and 87.50% respectively. The unqualified indicators were fluoroscopy subjects’ typical rate of surface air kerma rate, Enhancer before the incident air kerma rate, image intensifier system automatic brightness control, inherent non-uniformity and inherent non-linear 5 indicators; corresponding radioactive workplace protection monitoring pass rates were 95.68%, 90.91% and 100.00 % The unqualified radiological workplace mainly consists of two X-ray cameras, three X-ray machines, three CT machines and two medical electron accelerators. Conclusion The service level of radiotherapy and health care in Zhejiang Province has been significantly improved. However, due to improper equipment maintenance and standard obsolescence, the pass rate of X-ray fluoroscopy and SPECT equipment needs to be improved, and the working environment of grassroots units needs to be further improved.
