患者女性,60岁。无明显诱因出现右眼视力下降伴眼球痛、头痛、头晕2个月,眼球痛发作约6次,每次发作2 h后可自行缓解,无明显眼红、恶心、呕吐等症状。专科检查:视力:右眼0.04,左眼0.8。左眼外眼、眼前节及眼底未见明显异常;右眼外眼及眼前节未见明显异常,眼底见视盘边界清,动静脉大致正常,黄斑区网膜下可见圆形扁平肿物生长,肿物表面可见散在色素斑,黄斑下方视网膜脱离。眼底荧光造
