随着钻探工艺不断革新,国内外早已开始采用液动冲击回转钻探。随后又发展了井下动力钻具(螺杆钻、涡轮钻)。以上新钻探方法有一个共同特点,就是要用泥浆泵作动力源,将液体的动能转换成机械能,所以要求提高泥浆泵的功率和泵压,并能在较大泵量、泵压工况下长期稳定工作。为此,我厂研制了BW-320型泥浆泵(见附图)。经过两年时间的室内台架性能测试和连续运转试验,验证该泵已经达到设计任务书要求。中国地质机械仪器公司于1987年9月22~23日在衡阳探矿机械厂召开了有15个单位、19名
