改革开放毫无疑问给中国电影带来了新的生机,使中国电影在沿着“政教工具——艺术自立——文化商品”这一方向转化和多元化的艺术探索中,真正迈出了走向世界的步伐。从80年代中期开始,就有中国电影的各种回顾展相继在数十个国家举办,中国影片及演员也在重要的国际电影节上频频亮相并屡屡获奖。由此可见,成立于中国改革开放初期的中国电影合作制片公司功不可没。为此我们采访了电影合作制片公司的总经理郑全刚同志。问:中国电影合作制片公司成立20年来,已与境外合作摄制了各种题材的影视片200多部,这些影片在世界影响怎样,您能谈谈吗?答:改革开放20年了,合拍公司成立至今也走过了20年的历程,是中国的改革开放为对外合拍公司提供了发展机遇。在此之前中国闭关锁国,只能作为意识形态宣传工具的中国电影,怎么能与国外合作呢?所以有了改革开放的政策,才有了中外合作制片事业的发展。这200余部影片,不但给电影业培养出了很多人才,在世界上创造了很好的声誉,而且使中国电影在国际影坛上的地位大大提高。在六、七十年代,美国电影学院如果有人要看东方电影,哪怕是港台电影而不是祖国大陆的电影,都会被说成是不务正业,那时,国外对中国影片根本不屑一顾。现在西方人对中国电影产生
