患儿张焕青,男,11岁,住院号115290,于1987年2月10日以面黄一月,发热、咳嗽伴呼吸困难四天为主诉入院。体检:体温38.5℃,脉搏98次,呼吸24次,血压106/72mmHg。中度贫血貌,皮肤有散在出血点,压之不退色。腋下及腹股沟可触及花生米大小浅表淋巴结,无粘连。右侧胸廓饱满,叩之浊音,右侧呼吸音自第三肋间以下消失。心尖区可闻及收缩期杂音Ⅱ级,吹风样。肝右肋下2厘米,质软,脾未触及。肾区无叩
