前言在长期桥梁检定试验中,笔者发现一些上承钢梁在荷载通过时,横向摆动较大,认为这种现象与现行的钢梁设计理论有某种联系。1994年我局管内一座上承钢板梁在货物列车高速通过时,出了脱轨事故。郑州铁路局桥梁检定队对该桥进行试验,发现振幅严重超限,钢梁横向刚度严重不足。笔者查阅了一些专著和横向刚度近年来的研究成果,认为问题的根源可能来自于现行的钢梁设计理论,《桥规》中宽跨比不小于1/20的规定的可靠性值得怀疑。
Preface In the long-term bridge test, the author found that some of the upper load-bearing steel beams oscillate transversely when the load passes through, which is considered to be related to the current design theory of steel beams. In 1994, I received a derailment accident when a steel plate girder under the pipe of the Bureau passed at a high speed of goods train. Zhengzhou Railway Bureau Bridge test team to test the bridge and found that the amplitude of serious overrun, serious shortage of transverse rigidity of steel beams. The author consulted some monographs and transverse stiffness in recent years, the research results that the root of the problem may come from the current steel beam design theory, “bridge gauge” in the width to span ratio of not less than 1/20 of the provisions of the reliability is questionable.
