目的 初步探讨脾气虚证 (脾虚证 )模型动物Th1 、Th2 细胞因子变化以及四君子汤对其影响。方法 应用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA法 ) ,检测脾虚模型大鼠以及运用四君子汤、柴胡疏肝散治疗后T淋巴细胞上清IFN -γ、IL -4的含量。结果 与正常组相比较 ,脾虚模型大鼠IFN -γ明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,IL -4明显升高 (P <0 0 5 )。用四君子汤治疗后 ,IFN -γ上升 ,IL -4则下降 ,与正常组相比较 ,两者基本恢复到正常水平 (P >0 0 5 ) ;而经柴胡疏肝散治疗后与正常组相比较 ,IFN -γ、IL -4的含量无明显变化 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 脾虚证模型大鼠Th1 /Th2 细胞因子处于失衡状态 ,Th细胞向Th2 向偏移 ;四君子汤可以上调IFN -γ以及下调IL -4的表达 ,纠正脾虚证模型大鼠Th1 /Th2 细胞因子的失衡状态
Objective To investigate the changes of Th1 and Th2 cytokines in model animals with spleen-qi deficiency syndrome (Spleen deficiency syndrome) and the effect of Sijunzi Decoction on it. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the contents of IFN-γ and IL-4 in T-lymphocyte supernatant of spleen-deficiency model rats and after treatment with Sijunzi Decoction and Chaihu Shugan Powder. Results Compared with the normal group, IFN-γ in the spleen deficiency model rats was significantly lower (P <0 05), IL-4 was significantly higher (P <0 05). After treatment with Sijunzi Decoction, IFN-γ increased and IL-4 decreased, compared with the normal group, both of them basically returned to normal levels (P > 0 05); after treatment with Chaihu Shugan Powder and normal group In comparison, there was no significant change in the levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 (P <0 05). Conclusion Th1/Th2 cytokines in spleen deficiency model rats are imbalanced and Th cells shift toward Th2. Sijunzi decoction can upregulate IFN-γ and downregulate the expression of IL-4, and correct the Th1/Th2 cytokines in spleen deficiency model rats. Unbalanced state
