随着生活水平的不断提升,人们对住宅的需求也逐渐增大。对于此,要求建筑业在设计住宅建筑过程中应将先进的科学技术应用于其中,优化居民生活环境,改变居民生活现状。BIM技术是现代信息技术中的一种,其可应用于建筑设计中优化建筑结构,满足居民需求。本文从BIM技术在建筑工程不同阶段的应用现状分析入手,并详细阐述了其在住宅建筑设计中的具体应用,旨在其能推动现代住宅建筑设计的进一步创新。
With the continuous improvement of living standards, people's demand for housing has also gradually increased. For this reason, the construction industry is required to apply advanced science and technology in the process of designing residential buildings, optimize the living environment of residents and change the living conditions of residents. BIM technology is a kind of modern information technology, which can be used in building design to optimize the building structure to meet the needs of residents. This article starts with the analysis of the application status of BIM technology in different stages of construction engineering and elaborates its concrete application in residential building design in order to promote further innovation of modern residential building design.
