患者韩某某,男,63岁,工人。因纳差、腹胀伴双下肢浮肿,尿少1月,于1981年1月26日入院。既往体健,无心肺肝肾病史,此次发病前1月有轻微腹泻。查体:神清合作,皮肤巩膜无黄染,无肝掌、蜘蛛痣,颈静脉不怒张,心肺来见异常,腹稍膨隆,肝上界右第5肋间,下界右肋下3cm,剑突下4cm,缘钝、质中,无结节感,无触痛,肝颈逆流
