油菜超氧物歧化酶活性及其同工酶的研究

本文探讨了油菜苗期植物体内超氧物歧化酶(SOD,Ecl.15.1.1)和过氧化氢酶局性与品种抗寒性的关系以及SOD活性及其同工酶,维生素C和丙二醇(MDA)含量在叶片自然衰老过程中的变化.实践结果表明:在低温(4℃)下,SOD和过氧化氨酶活性比在常温(25℃)下分别提高5—20.13%和6—51%.抗寒性强的品种提高较大. 油菜叶片在其自然衰老过程中,伴随着SOD活性和维生素C含量下降,MDA含量显著增加.油茶叶片SOD活性可被KCN抑制,但不受氯仿—乙醇影响,表明油菜叶片SOD为Cu一Zn—SOD.样品的提取液经聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板状电泳及用氮蓝四唑(NBT)的酶活性染色,稀水油菜白和甘油5号各有4条谱带,腊油菜(陕西)有6条谱带. In this paper, the relationship between SOD, Ecl.15.1.1 and catalase resistance and cold tolerance of rape cultivars at seedling stage was studied, as well as SOD activity, isozymes, vitamin C and propylene glycol ( MDA content in leaf during the natural aging process.The results showed that at low temperature (4 ℃), the activities of SOD and peroxidase increased by 5-20.13% and 6-51% respectively at room temperature (25 ℃) .Hold cold-resistant varieties increased greatly.Rapeseed leaves in its natural aging process, accompanied by decreased SOD activity and vitamin C content, MDA content increased significantly.Copper leaves SOD activity can be KCN inhibition, but not by chloroform - ethanol The results showed that SOD of rapeseed leaves was Cu-Zn-SOD. The samples were stained by polyacrylamide gel vertical plate electrophoresis and enzymatic activity of NBT, There are 4 bands, wax rape (Shaanxi) has 6 bands.
