现已知道,EDRF(至少最重要的EDRF)是一氧化氮(NO),由
Endothelium plays a decisive role in regulating the osmotic selectivity of blood vessels, controlling the hemostatic function and influencing the interaction between blood cell components and non-cellular components. The vasodilator released by the endothelium has PGI 2 (prostacyclin), vasoactive substances including catecholamines, bradykinin, 5-HT and angiotensin II, which regulate the vascular tone through these substances. In 1980, Furchgott et al. Reported that the relaxation of acetylcholine on isolated arterial smooth muscle must rely on a fully functioning endothelium. They also named the factor they release as EDRF (Endothelium Derived Vasodilator). Many agonists and mechanical stimuli release EDRF from various vascular beds, including glomeruli. It is now known that EDRF (at least the most important EDRF) is nitric oxide (NO)
