中国武术谚语内容丰富,运用广泛。运用文献资料法、访谈法、教学实践总结及逻辑分析法,从历史、文化、教育、体育等多视角对武术谚语进行综合性比较分析。研究认为,武术谚语对武术功法、技战术以及武术器械具有明确的指导性,在军事谋略思想、武德修养与民族精神、中医养生原理、儒释道思想及传统美学等方面体现了丰富的传统文化内涵。对武术谚语的重视与应用,有利于人们更好地发挥武术谚语的教育教学价值和传统文化传承作用。
Chinese martial arts proverbs are rich in content and are widely used. Using the methods of literature review, interview, teaching practice and logic analysis, this article makes a comprehensive comparative analysis of martial arts proverbs from the perspectives of history, culture, education and sports. The study shows that the martial arts proverbs have clear guidance to martial arts exercises, techniques and tactics and martial arts instruments. They show richness in aspects of military strategy, martial arts cultivation and national spirit, TCM curing principle, Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, and traditional aesthetics Traditional cultural connotation. The emphasis and application of martial arts proverbs will help people better exert the educational and teaching value of traditional martial arts proverbs and the traditional cultural heritage.
