Objective To study the role of CD54 and its receptor CD11b / CD18 on peripheral blood leucocytes in HPAI infection in mice. Methods Sixty normal 20 healthy Kunming mice (18-20 g) were randomly divided into experimental group (HPAIV) and control group. Fluorescently labeled anti-mouse CD54CD11 b and CD18 monoclonal antibodies were used. Direct immunofluorescence flow cytometry The expression levels of CD11b, CD18 and CD54 on peripheral blood leukocytes of experimental and control groups in different phases were determined. Results The percentage of positive cells (PPC) and / or MFI of CD11b, CD18 and CD54 on the peripheral blood leucocytes in the experimental group were generally up-regulated compared with the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion AMS plays an important role in HAIV infection.
