柴油机非正常振动是一个较为复杂的技术问题，特别是在排除故障时判断困难，给检修和恢复柴油机的正常工作带来很大难度。本文依据柴油机曲柄连杆机构的工作原理及运动件的受力状态，分析了柴油机非正常振动的现象及原因，并结合生产实践，叙述了柴油机非正常振动故障的排除。
Abnormal vibration of diesel engine is a more complicated technical problem, especially when it comes to troubleshooting, it is very difficult to repair and recover the normal operation of diesel engine. Based on the working principle of the crank mechanism of the diesel engine and the stress state of the moving parts, this paper analyzes the phenomena and reasons of the abnormal vibration of the diesel engine and describes the elimination of the abnormal vibration of the diesel engine according to the production practice.
