1.3微米光纤的一种主要形式为凹陷内包层型光纤。本文讨论了光纤诸结构参数对光纤的单模条件、零色散波长、模场直径及基模截止条件的影响,提出了有关的计算方法及经验公式。并参照CCITT的标准,给出了相应的设计图,由此可得到最佳结构。同贝尔实验室1984年发表的理论相比,由于考虑了基模的截止,并讨论了△-的影响,所以对光纤研制工作具有更高的参虑价值。
One of the major forms of 1.3-micron optical fibers is a depressed, internally-clad optical fiber. In this paper, the effects of various optical fiber parameters on the single-mode optical fiber, the zero-dispersion wavelength, the mode field diameter and the cut-off of the fundamental mode are discussed. The relevant calculation methods and empirical formulas are proposed. And with reference to the CCITT standards, given the corresponding design, which can be the best structure. Compared with the theory published by Bell Labs in 1984, considering the cut-off of the fundamental mode and the influence of △ -, it is of higher consideration for optical fiber development.
