复杂混合物分析是近年来化学家最关注的问题之一。根据先验信息的性质,复杂混合物可分为三个体系:1.定性上(组分数、物种)完全确知的混合体系;2.部分已知部分未知的混合体系;3.完全未知的混合体系。分析复杂混合物有两类方法。一类是分离分析,即运用化学和物理的手段,通过一定的仪器装置,将复杂混合物中各个组分逐一分离,经由复杂混合到简单混合到单纯物,这种分离过程可以一步到位,也可以分步到位并通过在线或离线检测分析。这一类方法和仪器发展很快。目前通常认为最高效和最具潜力的手段是 TLCS、GC—MS、LC—MS 以及 HPCE。
