目的探讨新生儿感染革兰阴性菌血浆血脂多醣的检测方法和意义。方法选取2013年2月至2014年6月收治的113例新生儿监护病房的患儿采集标本,并给予细菌培养,针对细菌培养的结果给予分类,试验组为69例革兰阴性菌感染的新生儿,对照组44例为培养阴性的新生儿,比较两组患儿患者入院后的血浆脂多糖、降钙素原的水平。结果试验组患者住院第1天和第3天血浆脂多糖和降钙素原的检测水平明显高于对照组的检测水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者进行白细胞的计数检测,正常组的血浆脂多糖水平为(1.73±1.63)ng/L,异常组血浆脂多糖水平为:(1.64±1.54)ng/L,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用血浆脂多糖的检测可在细菌培养结果的空白期提供革兰阴性菌感染的依据,而且检验结果不会受到白细胞的计数干扰。
Objective To investigate the detection methods and significance of plasma lipopolysaccharide in Gram-negative bacteria in neonates. Methods From January 2013 to June 2014, 113 cases of neonatal intensive care unit admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study. Bacteria were cultured and classified according to the results of bacterial culture. The experimental group was a freshman with 69 gram-negative bacterial infections In the control group, 44 cases were negative neonates, and plasma LPS and procalcitonin levels were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of plasma lipopolysaccharide and procalcitonin were significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group on the first and third days of hospitalization, with a significant difference (P <0.05). The leukocyte count in the control group was (1.73 ± 1.63) ng / L, the level of plasma lipopolysaccharide in the abnormal group was (1.64 ± 1.54) ng / L, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion The detection of plasma lipopolysaccharide can provide evidence of Gram-negative bacterial infection during the blank phase of bacterial culture, and the test results will not be affected by leukocyte counts.
