目的:评价经标记模板定位后颌骨种植区多层螺旋CT(MSCT)测量的准确性。方法:选择20名志愿者佩戴标记模板,经MSCT扫描后,应用牙颌专用测量软件测量上、下颌前牙唇舌侧龈缘中点间的距离,采用SPSS17.0软件包与游标卡尺手工测量的唇舌距进行配对t检验。结果:各牙位唇、舌侧龈缘中点间距离CT测量值与游标卡尺测量值的差值范围为-0.04~0.21mm,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:经标记模板定位后,颌骨种植区高分辨率CT测量距离与实测距离具有良好的一致性,该方法为活体颌骨种植区精确测量提供了一种可靠的途径。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) measurement of mandibular implant area with labeled template. Methods: Twenty volunteers were enrolled in the labeling template. After MSCT scanning, the distance between the middle and upper gingival margins of the upper and lower jaw anterior teeth was measured by using special dental measuring software. The measured data were measured by SPSS17.0 software package and vernier caliper Paired t test. Results: The difference between CT measurement and vernier caliper measurement was -0.04 ~ 0.21mm, no significant difference (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: After positioning the labeled template, there is a good agreement between the measured distance and measured distance of high-resolution CT in the implant area of the jaw. This method provides a reliable way to accurately measure the implant area of the living jaw.
