由范小平同志主编,中国标准出版社出版的《化工企业标准化》一书,是对我国化工企业标准化工作经验的系统总结。我认为这本书有这样几个特点:一、这本书写在标准化法颁布之后,因而体现出企业标准化依法管理的特点,书中的许多观点和提法均有法规依据。二、处处从化工企业的特点出发,使标准化的理论与方法同化工企业的实际密切结合,从而提高了这本书的实用价值,能使读者从中得到实实在在的有用知识。三、本书体系较为完整,内容较为充实,编写体例适合教学的特点和要求,可做为教材使用。
The book “Standardization of Chemical Enterprises”, edited by Comrade Fan Xiaoping and published by China Standard Press, is a systematic summary of the standardization work experience of chemical enterprises in our country. I think this book has several characteristics: First, the book was written after the promulgation of the Standardization Law and thus reflects the characteristics of the standardization of enterprise management according to law. Many of the book’s views and formulations have legal basis. Second, from the characteristics of chemical companies everywhere, so that the standardization of the theory and method of chemical industry with the actual close combination, thereby enhancing the practical value of the book, enabling readers to get real useful knowledge. Third, the book system is more complete, the content is more substantial, writing style suitable for teaching characteristics and requirements, can be used as a teaching material.
