经典马克思主义以社会主义制度下商品经济消亡为立足点设计按劳分配方式，这与我国社会主义初级阶段的现实相去甚远。文章分析按劳分配理论存在的困惑，对按劳分配有效实现形式进行新的探索，提出工资加劳动分红的按劳分配实现形式。
In the light of the disappearance of the commodity economy under the socialist system, the classical Marxism designed a distribution according to work based on the principle of distribution according to work, far from the reality of the initial stage of our socialism. The article analyzes the perplexity existing in the theory of distribution according to work and makes a new exploration of the effective realization form of distribution according to work and puts forward the realization form of distribution according to work in which wages plus labor dividends.
