Objective To understand the AIDS awareness of mobile adolescents in public service establishments in Beijing and its influencing factors, and to provide reference for carrying out HIV / AIDS health education among adolescents and controlling the spread of HIV / AIDS in adolescents. Methods A total of 16 to 24-year-old mobile adolescents who came to the physical examination center of public service practitioners in Haidian District and Shunyi District in Beijing in 2014 were selected as the survey subjects, and their knowledge of AIDS-related knowledge was investigated using a self-designed questionnaire. Use SPSS 17.0 for statistical analysis. Results A total of 2182 valid questionnaires were obtained. The awareness rate of AIDS among respondents was only 31.0%. Awareness rate of HIV / AIDS related to the main routes of transmission was high, and awareness of HIV / AIDS related knowledge was low. Only 23.3% of the respondents were aware of the negative results during the window period at the beginning of a virus infection. Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that the odds ratio (OR = 1.332), married (OR = 1.909), education at undergraduate level and above (OR = 3.943) and AIDS education (OR = 1.774) Is a protective factor in the awareness of HIV / AIDS among mobile adolescents in public service establishments. Conclusion There is a low awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge among mobile adolescents in public service establishments in Beijing. In particular, there is a lack of understanding about AIDS-related knowledge. Measures should be taken to improve the educational level of mobile adolescents and strengthen AIDS health education.
