有关中国A股市场上市公司不分红、少分红的争议由来已久,近年来,上市公司整体分红水平略有提高,但“铁公鸡”依然不少,中小股东的权益未能得到有效保护。最近,证监会将再次改革上市公司分红办法,鼓励上市公司实施积极的利润分配方案,使投资者获得更多回报,这又将上市公司分红的话题推上风口浪尖。
