在新的形势下,工会要履行好各项社会职能,要真实反映职工群众的意愿和要求,搞好参政议政,发挥民主渠道和社会调节作用,坚持维护职工群众的合法权益。如果没有及时、灵敏、高效的信息网络,是很难做好这些工作的。因此,各级工会的领导要高度重视信息工作,把它放在工会基础建设的战略位置上来抓,作为工会的一项基本建设来抓。
Under the new situation, the trade unions must fulfill various social functions, truly reflect the wishes and demands of the workers and the masses, do a good job of participating in the deliberations and administration of state affairs, give full play to their democratic channels and social regulatory roles, and uphold the legitimate rights and interests of the workers and the masses. Without a timely, sensitive and efficient information network, it is hard to do these jobs well. Therefore, the leaders of trade unions at all levels should attach great importance to information work, place it on the strategic position of the trade union’s basic construction and grasp it as a basic construction of the trade union.
