建设项目工程造价管理作为工程项目管理一个重要的部分而存在的。它在项目管理中有着十分重要的作用。涉及到诸多领域,包括项目的构思、可行性研究招标,施工交付使用等综合管理。在目前高层建筑中,市场竞争尤为激烈,企业为了达到利润的最大化,采取了一系列的举措。如通过项目成本的控制、进行科学的管理等,寻求稳定发展。本文分析了高层建筑安装工程造价管理特点,详细阐述了我国高层建筑安装工程造价管理存在的问题,并且针对这些问题,提出了一些关于高层建筑安装工程造价控制策略,以期可以给高层建筑安装工程的造价管理分析提供一定的借鉴。
