目的:观察分化抑制因子4(Id4)在非霍奇金淋巴瘤组织(non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma,NHL)和反应性增生(RH)组织中的表达差异,及其与肿瘤增殖活性的关系,探讨Id4在淋巴瘤发生、发展中的可能作用。方法:选取2006~2008年郑州大学第一附属医院病理科存档石蜡标本80例,其中NHL70例,RH10例。应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测Id4和Ki-67分别在NHL和RH中的表达水平。结果:Id4在NHL中的表达率为35.7%(25/70),而在RH中的表达率为70.0%(7/10),两者之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。Ki-67在NHL中的表达率为75.7%(53/70),明显高于RH中的表达率10.0%(1/10,P<0.05),而且Ki-67阳性强度随着NHL恶性程度的增加而增高。Id4和Ki-67的表达与患者性别、年龄、免疫分型及肿瘤原发部位等因素无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论:Id4在NHL中的表达明显降低,可作为NHL与RH鉴别诊断的一个参考指标。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the difference of Id4 expression in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) and reactive hyperplasia (RH) and its relationship with tumor proliferation, and to investigate the relationship between Id4 Possible role in the development of lymphoma. Methods: 80 paraffin specimens were collected from Department of Pathology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from 2006 to 2008, including 70 cases of NHL and 10 cases of RH. Immunohistochemistry S-P method was used to detect the expression of Id4 and Ki-67 in NHL and RH respectively. Results: The expression of Id4 in NHL was 35.7% (25/70), while it was 70.0% (7/10) in RH. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The positive rate of Ki-67 in NHL was 75.7% (53/70), significantly higher than that in RH (10.0%, 1/10, P <0.05) Increase and increase. The expression of Id4 and Ki-67 had no significant correlation with the gender, age, immunophenotype and the primary tumor location (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of Id4 in NHL is significantly reduced, which can be used as a reference index for the differential diagnosis between NHL and RH.
