维修工作的目标就是谋求用最少的费用,达到最高的设备可开动率。为达到这一目标,宝钢推行了预防为主的点检定修制。其基本精神是贯彻TPM。TPM的最大特点是全员管理。即凡参加生产过程的一切人员都要关心和参加设备维护工作。特别是生产操作人员负有用好、维护好设备的直接责任,要承担设备的清扫、给油脂、紧固、调整、小补修和日常点检业务。承担的具体项目和内容可与维修人员协商确定,并要在双方签订的生产与维修分工协议上加以肯定。
The goal of maintenance work is to achieve the highest equipment availability with minimal expense. In order to achieve this goal, Baosteel has implemented a point-based inspection and repair system that focuses on prevention. The basic spirit is to implement TPM. The most prominent feature of TPM is full staff management. That is, all personnel involved in the production process must be concerned about and participate in equipment maintenance. In particular, production operators have a direct responsibility for good equipment and good equipment maintenance. They must undertake equipment cleaning, grease, fastening, adjustment, minor repairs, and daily inspections. The specific projects and contents undertaken can be determined through consultation with the maintenance personnel and must be affirmed in the agreement on the division of production and maintenance signed by both parties.
