目的探讨派丽奥联合布洛芬治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法 2009-01-2010-05来承德市中心医院就诊的80例患者,患牙随机分为对照组与实验组,实验组用派丽奥-布洛芬缓释凝胶辅助治疗,对照组单纯用派丽奥辅助治疗,观察其临床疗效。结果患者经过治疗后,实验组与对照组BI与PD值在治疗后两个时间点与对照组差异有统计学意义,AL值在第2周时与基线差异有统计学意义。实验组的PD值在第1周与第2周与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义,实验组BI在治疗1周差异有统计学意义,而实验组AL值在治疗2周差异有统计学意义。结论派丽奥联合布洛芬治疗慢性牙周炎,能够有效地减少组织破坏,控制牙周炎症,具有很好的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Paecilol combined with ibuprofen in the treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods A total of 80 patients from Chengde Central Hospital were enrolled in this study. The teeth were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The experimental group was treated with pellio-ibuprofen sustained-release gel adjuvant. The control group was simple With Pai Lai auxiliary treatment, observe its clinical efficacy. Results After treatment, the BI and PD values of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different from those of the control group at two time points after treatment. Conclusion Pallio combined with ibuprofen in the treatment of chronic periodontitis can effectively reduce tissue damage and control periodontal inflammation and has a good therapeutic effect.
