前列腺素E_1对冠心病患者左室舒张功能的影响

采用脉冲式多普勒超声心动图(PDE)技术,通过测定二尖瓣血流频谱,评价前列腺素E_1(PGE_1)对冠心病(不稳定型心绞痛)左室舒张功能的影响。结果显示PGE_1对冠心病左室舒张功能有良好改善作用,且无明显增加心率。

Pulmonary Doppler echocardiography (PDE) was used to evaluate the effect of prostaglandin E_1 (PGE_1) on left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease (unstable angina pectoris) by measuring the mitral flow spectrum. The results showed that PGE_1 has a good effect on left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease, and no significant increase in heart rate.
