学生党员是高校党员队伍中最年轻最具有活力的群体,是大学生群体的中标杆和榜样,是未来建设中国特色社会主义事业的主要力量。本文基于广西G高校分析与归纳了学生党建工作中学生入党动机、党员数量和质量的关系、学生党员的作用和学生党员教育管理服务等方面出现的问题,并且针对问题提出可行性对策。
Student party members are the youngest and most dynamic group in the ranks of party members in colleges and universities. They are the successful leaders and role models of college students and the major force in building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the future. Based on the analysis of Guangxi G colleges and universities, this paper analyzes and induces the students’ motivation to join the party, the relationship between the quantity and the quality of party members, the role of student party members and the education and management services of student party members, and puts forward feasible measures to solve the problems.
