目的了解2012年济宁市公众结核病防治知识知晓状况,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用一对一、面对面的问卷调查方法,使用《全国公众结核病防治知识、信念、行为调查问卷》对济宁市金乡县、邹城市的常住居民1 900例进行调查。并对调查结果进行单因素及多因素分析。结果实际有效问卷为1 810例,有效率为95.3%。调查对象结核病防治核心知识得分为(4.57±1.95)分(满分为9分);本次调查人群对于结核病知识的主要知晓途径是听别人说(64.8%)、电视(53.2%)、广播(16.2%)和宣传单(15.0%)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,文化程度(OR=1.347,95%CI:1.132~1.604)、职业(OR=0.633,95%CI:0.442~0.906)、年收入(OR=1.321,95%CI:1.054~1.655)、是否从广播中听到结核病知识(OR=1.530,95%CI:1.243~1.882)、是否从电视上看到结核病节目(OR=1.970,95%CI:1.620~2.395)及是否拿到过结核病宣传材料(OR=0.324,95%CI:0.255~0.411)与公众结核病防治知识知晓状况有关(P均<0.05)。结论 2012年全市公众结核病知识掌握程度不高,应以低学历和低收入人群为重点,充分利用电视、广播及宣传单等多种形式作为媒介宣传有关知识。
Objective To understand the status of public TB prevention and control knowledge in Jining City in 2012 and discuss its influencing factors. Methods One-on-one and face-to-face questionnaires were used to survey 1 900 permanent residents in Jinxiang County and Zoucheng City of Jining City using the National Questionnaire on Knowledge, Beliefs and Behaviors of Public Tuberculosis Prevention and Control. And single-factor and multi-factor analysis of the survey results. Results The actual effective questionnaire was 1 810 cases, the effective rate was 95.3%. The core knowledge score of TB control was (4.57 ± 1.95) points (out of 9 points). The main ways of knowledge of TB in this survey were listening to others (64.8%), television (53.2%), broadcasting %) And leaflets (15.0%). Conclusion In 2012, the level of public knowledge about tuberculosis in the city is not high enough. The emphasis should be placed on low-educated and low-income groups. Various media such as television, radio and leaflets should be fully utilized to publicize the knowledge.
