隐匿阴茎属先天性外生殖器异常,临床少见,常合并包茎,并引起排尿异常,成年后不能性交影响生育。两院共收治6例,报告如下。例1:男,1岁半。出生后未见阴茎,排尿在阴囊底部,尿线向后下方。体查:双侧睾丸、附睾、阴囊均正常,未见阴茎,阴囊上可扪及龟缩在阴囊皮内的阴茎体,反复刺激后隐匿阴茎勃起,但不能与阴囊分离。行隐匿阴茎整形术。术中见尿道外口开口于阴茎头端,按作者设计的手术,疗效满意,阴茎如正常儿童样(图1,2)。
Hiding the penis is a congenital genital abnormalities, clinical rare, often associated with phimosis, and cause abnormal urination, adult sexual intercourse can not affect fertility. Hospitals were treated in 6 cases, the report is as follows. Example 1: Male, 1 and a half years old. No penis after birth, urination at the bottom of the scrotum, urine back down below. Physical examination: bilateral testis, epididymis, scrotum were normal, no penis, the scrotum palpable and scrotum in the scrotum skin within the penis, repeated concealment of penile erection, but can not be separated from the scrotum. Line hidden penis plastic surgery. Surgery, see urethral opening in the penis head, according to the author’s surgery, the effect is satisfactory, the penis as a normal child-like (Figure 1,2).
