目的观察急性脑血管病伴全身反应综合征(SIRS)及多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)的发生情况,对SIRS和MODS之间的关系进行认识和探讨。方法整理402例脑血管病患者的临床资料,对其中232例符合SIRS标准的73例患者和符合MODS标准的62例患者在分布及发生率、发生MODS患者受累器官数目与病死率之间关系进行分析。结果232例急性脑血管病患者伴SIRS者73例,发生率为31.47%;进展为MODS者62例,发生率为84.93%。结论脑出血组与脑梗死组发生SIRS者及进展为MODS者差异均有统计学意义,脑出血组高于脑梗死组。MODS随受累器官累计数目的增加,病死率也增高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.86P<0.01)。
Objective To observe the incidence of acute cerebral vascular disease with systemic reactive syndrome (SIRS) and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS), and to understand the relationship between SIRS and MODS. Methods The clinical data of 402 patients with cerebrovascular disease were collected. The distribution and incidence of 232 patients with SIRS and 62 patients with MODS were analyzed. The relationship between the number of organs involved in MODS and the case fatality rate analysis. Results A total of 232 patients with SIRS in acute cerebrovascular disease were found in 73 cases, the incidence rate was 31.47%. In 62 patients with MODS, the incidence rate was 84.93%. Conclusions There is significant difference between SIRS patients with cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction group and with progression to MODS. The cerebral hemorrhage group is higher than cerebral infarction group. MODS increased with the cumulative number of organs involved, the case fatality rate also increased, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 14.86P <0.01).
