目的 :综合评价联合检测血清甲胎蛋白 (AFP) ,癌胚抗原 (CEA)、血清铁蛋白 (SF)及B2 微球蛋白 (B2 MG)对原发性肝癌(PHC)早期诊断的临床意义。方法 :对 40例原发性肝癌患者 ,2 0例肝外恶性肿瘤 (NHC)患者 ,3 0例良性肝病患者 ,40例正常对照者 ,联合检测AFP、CEA、SF及B2 MG。结果 :原发性肝癌患者 ,四项指标联合检测的阳性率 ( 97 5 %)与AFP检测阳性率 ( 60 %)相比 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :应用AFP、SF、CEA及B2 MG联合检测可大大提高原发性肝癌率的阳性率
Objective: To evaluate the clinical significance of combined detection of serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), serum ferritin (SF) and B2 microglobulin (B2 MG) in the early diagnosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC). Methods: AFP, CEA, SF and B2 MG were detected in 40 cases of primary liver cancer, 20 cases of extrahepatic malignancies (NHC), 30 cases of benign liver disease and 40 cases of normal controls. Results: The positive rate of combined detection of four indicators (97.5%) was significantly higher than that of AFP (60%) in patients with primary liver cancer (P <0.01). Conclusion: The combined detection of AFP, SF, CEA and B2 MG can greatly improve the positive rate of primary liver cancer
