各省、自治区、直辖市城乡建设环境保护厅(建委)、建筑学会、土木工程学会,中国建筑学会各专业委员会,部直属各企业、事业单位;为了培养中小城市和村镇土建专业人员及提高职工建筑技术业务水平,以适应城乡建设事业蓬勃发展的需要,我部委托中国建筑学会、中国土木工程学会联合创办“城乡建设刊授大学”。刊授大学由戴念慈副部长任校长,中国建筑学会承办具体业务工作,并以《建筑知识》杂志为主要刊授辅导园地。我国中小城市和村镇的建设工程量很大,但土建专业人才严重不足。举办刊授,系统地传授建筑专业
Environmental protection department of the provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government (Construction Committee), the Architectural Society, Civil Engineering Society, and professional committees of the Chinese Architectural Society, and directly under the Ministry of Industry and Commerce; in order to train civil engineering professionals in small and medium-sized cities and villages and improve their construction techniques. The business level, in order to meet the needs of the vigorous development of urban and rural construction, the Ministry of Construction commissioned the Chinese Society of Civil Engineering and the Chinese Society of Civil Engineering to co-found “Publishing University of Urban and Rural Construction”. The university was headed by Vice Minister Dai Nianci and the Chinese Society of Architectural Engineers undertook specific business tasks. The magazine was mainly published as “Architectural Knowledge” magazine. There are a large number of construction projects in small and medium-sized cities and villages and towns in China, but there are serious shortages of civil engineering professionals.
