连杆是一个常用的机械元件,其小端孔的设计则尤为重要。以往文献提出的计算方法多数只能对此结构作一近似的设计。为了杜绝因设计不佳而导致连杆报废,现在可用一种优化法(使连杆小端孔的切向应力分布均匀)来设计小端孔。同时,设计师可方便地获得设计所必需的、预期的小端孔外形,其间,可运用已知的、以曲线图表示的参数来描述小端孔外形与负荷状况的关系。本试验在汉堡 Bundeswehr 大学机械元件和传动技术系设计与制造技术教研室完成。
Connecting rod is a commonly used mechanical components, the design of the small end hole is particularly important. Most of the calculation methods proposed in the literature can only make an approximate design of this structure. In order to prevent the rod from being scrapped due to poor design, it is now possible to design the small end hole by an optimization method that makes the tangential stress distribution of the small end hole of the connecting rod uniform. At the same time, designers can easily obtain the desired small end-hole profile necessary for the design, during which time the known, graphically-represented parameters can be used to describe the relationship of the small end hole profile to load conditions. The test was performed at the Department of Design and Manufacturing Technology, Department of Mechanical Components and Drives, Bundeswehr University, Hamburg.
