目的:研究肺段隔离症采用放射CT诊断特点及效果。方法:选取2013年1月到2013年12月期间来我院接受肺段隔离症治疗的10例病患,对所有病患均进行胸部方面的MSCT检查,使用到的CT设备为16层螺旋CT,扫描时电压控制在12kV,电流控制在200mAs,螺距控制在1.375∶1,扫描时的进床速度需控制在27.5mm/rot。结果:10例病患中所有病患的肺段隔离均发生在双肺的下叶后部分,有7例病患出现在左边的下肺,3例病患为右边下肺,8例病患肺段隔离出现在肺叶的内型,2例病患则为外型。有6例病患在检查后发现其肺部有出现较为明显的肿块,在增强扫描后发现其之前出现的肿块更加明显。有2例病患经过检查后发现为囊实性肿块等。结论:多层螺旋CT扫描可以快速的获取图像,在较短的时间内完成较大范围的扫描,同时可以将有异常情况发生的较小动脉检测出来,且其操作方法较为简便,诊断的准确性较高,可以有效的对其进行诊断,有典型的具体表现,值得在实际临床中进行推广。
OBJECTIVE: To study the diagnostic characteristics and effect of pulmonary sequestration using radiofrequency CT. Methods: From January 2013 to December 2013, 10 patients who received segmental segmental segmental disease in our hospital were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent CT scan of the thorax. Conclusions: Multi-slice spiral CT can acquire images quickly, complete large-scale scanning in a short time, and can detect smaller arteries with abnormal conditions. The method of operation is simple and accurate The higher the sex, can diagnose it effectively, have typical concrete manifestation, it is worth to popularize in actual clinical.
