夏末秋初,又是一年金风至,又是一年收获时。继7月份国务院举行全国就业创业工作表彰大会,在党的十八大召开之前,由人力资源和社会保障部指导、中国就业促进会主办、天津市人力资源和社会保障局协办的贯彻实施《就业促进法》5周年积极就业政策10周年主题报告会暨中国就业促进会二届三次理事会在津召开。中共十七届中央委员、十一届全国政协常委、全国经济委员会主任、原劳动保障部部长、中国就业促进会名誉会长张左己,人力资源社会保障部副部长信长星,中国就业促进会会长张小建出席会议并讲话;天津市人民政府常务副市长崔津渡致辞;中国东方航空集团公司党组成员、纪检组组长、原部就业促进司司长于法鸣,伊春市委书记王爱文,天津市人民政府副秘书长陈宗胜,天津市人力资源社会保障局副局长于茂东,重庆长安汽车股份有限公司曾川等出席会议。大会分两个部分。主题报告会围绕学习贯彻胡锦涛总书记在中央政治局第32次集体学习时的重要讲话精神,深入总结《就业促进法》贯彻实施5周年和积极就业政策10周年的成果和经验,宣传我国就业工作取得的巨大成就,中国就业促进会会长张小建主持了会议。主题报告会后,召开了中国就业促进会二届三次理事会。
