目的观察CO2激光联合胸腺五肽预防尖锐湿疣(CA)复发的疗效。方法选择91例CA患者随机分为两组,治疗组53例给予CO2激光治疗,并在皮损处局部注射胸腺五肽;对照组38例仅予CO2激光治疗。结果治疗后2个月、4个月、6个月治疗组复发率分别为0、5.66%、13.21%,对照组分别为15.79%、34.21%、47.37%。对照组复发率均明显高于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论 CO2激光联合胸腺五肽预防尖锐湿状(CA)复发的效果良好。
Objective To observe the efficacy of CO2 laser combined with thymopentin in the prevention of recurrence of condyloma acuminatum (CA). Methods Ninety-one patients with CA were randomly divided into two groups. Fifty-three patients in the treatment group were treated with CO2 laser and thymopentin was injected into the lesion. Thirty-eight patients in the control group were treated with CO2 laser only. Results The recurrence rates of treatment group were 0,5.66% and 13.21% at 2 months, 4 months and 6 months after treatment. The recurrence rates were 15.79%, 34.21% and 47.37% in the control group respectively. The recurrence rate of the control group were significantly higher than the treatment group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of CO2 laser and thymopentin can effectively prevent the recurrence of acute and dampness (CA).
