在有些报刊文章的病句中,属复句类的,要数转折不当最甚。现分述如下。一、并非转折关系而误用转折词语。此类语病大多是受了口语中滥用“但是”的影响。如: ①(英国伯里市因火灾,琼斯一家)只有五人逃出火海,但琼斯的五十岁儿子彼得脸部和手部严重烧伤,在伯里总医院急救,情况恶劣。“只有五人逃出”跟彼得“严重烧伤”“情况恶劣”之间并无转折关系,这里的转折词“但”应删去。②文艺作品和广播电视、话剧、电影对语言的纯洁和健康作用很大。我们要尽量少用方言土语,
