德鲁克说过:“管理人员付诸实践的是管理学而不是经济学,不是计量方法,不是行为科学……其本质不在于‘知’而在于‘行’;其验证不在于逻辑,而在于成果:其唯一权威就是成就。”这位伟大的导师一针见血地为管理指出了行动的方向,即结果导向——管理者必须为自己行为的后果负责。而在今天,你很容易到各个企业发现这样的管理者——他们熟练地使用PPT,喜欢用完美的图表和理论逻辑在会议上高谈阔论;泱泱五千年智慧和舶来的理论结合成为完美的辩证法,做每一项行动都振振有词。他们正在做着“正确的事”——但没有在正确的时间与正确的条件下!这实在是一场悲剧!不管看上去有多美,但实际上已经损害了企业利益。这种事情几乎每天、每个企业都静悄悄地发生,侵蚀着企业的活力,后果巨大并且很难发现。与一目了然的失误和疏忽不同,这样的行为往往披上了一层光鲜的外衣,动辄以冠冕堂皇的借口出现在大众的视线中,因此也更具蒙蔽性。这是一种管理的隐性渎职,因为他们忘记了管理者的根本要旨之所在。而我们策划的目的,就是通过大量的采访、问卷调查,撕破冠冕堂皇的假面,还原管理的目标之所在,让这些隐性的、为人所忽视的管理渎职大白于天下。

And at a glance mistakes and negligence, this behavior is often put on a layer of glamorous coat, often with good-sounding pretext in the public’s attention, and therefore more deceptive. This is a hidden management malpractice, because they forget the fundamental purpose of managers. The purpose of our planning, is through a large number of interviews, questionnaires, torn apart high-profile mask, restore the management of the goal, so that these hidden, neglected management misconduct in the world.
