目的分析局部中晚期胰腺癌患者实施三维适形放疗联合血管内介入化疗栓塞疗法的效果。方法从2013-01-2015-07我院收治的局部中晚期胰腺癌患者中随机抽选实施三维适形放疗联合血管内介入化疗栓塞治疗的28例作为试验组,实施三维适形放疗的28例作为对照组,评定治疗后的效果。结果试验组疾病有效率为89.3%,高于对照组有效率的53.6%,差异有用统计学意义,χ2=8.750,P=0.003;试验组不良反应发生率为10.7%,低于对照组35.7%(10/28),差异有用统计学意义,χ2=4.909,P=0.027。结论局部中晚期胰腺癌患者实施三维适形放疗联合血管内介入化疗栓塞治疗作用突出,可提高近期疗效,预防毒副作用,值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with endovascular interventional chemotherapy and embolization in patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods From 2013-01-2015-07 in our hospital admitted to the local patients with advanced pancreatic cancer randomly selected three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with endovascular interventional chemotherapy embolization in 28 cases as the experimental group, the implementation of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in 28 cases As a control group, the effect after treatment was evaluated. Results The effective rate of the disease in the experimental group was 89.3%, which was 53.6% of the effective rate in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 8.750, P = 0.003). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 10.7% (10/28), the difference was statistically significant, χ2 = 4.909, P = 0.027. Conclusion The application of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and endovascular embolization in patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer has prominent therapeutic effect, which can improve short-term curative effect and prevent toxic and side effects, and is worth learning from.
