采用超高效液相色谱—串联质谱法,研究了不同养殖条件下氟甲喹在中华绒螯蟹体内的残留消除规律。结果表明,休药15 d后各组中华绒螯蟹体内的氟甲喹残留量均低于我国现行限量标准150μg/kg,太湖开放型水域中试验蟹的残留低于仪器检测限。各组试验蟹体内的氟甲喹残留衰减消除速率总体表现为:在室外开放水域中的消除速率快于室内水体,Ⅴ期幼蟹的衰减消除速率快于扣蟹,28℃温度条件下的消除速率快于22℃。
Ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS / MS) was used to study the elimination rule of flumequine in Eriocheir sinensis under different culture conditions. The results showed that the residues of flumequine in each group of Eriocheir sinensis were all below the limit of 150μg / kg in our country 15 days after drug withdrawal. The residual of crab in the open water of Taihu Lake was below the limit of detection. The elimination rate of flumequine residues in test crabs in each group showed that the elimination rate of fromaquine residues in outdoor crabs was faster than that in indoor water, and the decay rate of Ⅴ crabs was faster than that of crabs at 28 ℃ Rate faster than 22 ℃.
