每个孩子都是不同的个体,因此,在集体活动中的表现也就存在差异。那么我们就应该从给予均等机会的角度来考虑怎样满足他们的表现和参与欲望,对于不同的孩子我们可以采用不同的方法。
Each child is a different individual, so there is a difference in the performance of the group activity. Then we should consider how to satisfy their performance and participation desire from the perspective of giving equal opportunities. We can adopt different methods for different children.
