阐述采用瑞典AGA780红外热像仪及其图像处理系统对热印头热电阻温度场的测试方法。AGA80一般仅用于测试体积较大、温度变化较缓慢的物体的温度场。本文提出引出其触发脉冲同步控制热电阻发热、用多次支点驱动、重复采集及叠加拼合的方法解决了高速瞬变温度场的测试课题,拓宽了此类仪器的应用范围。
Describes the test method of thermal resistance temperature field of thermal head using Sweden AGA780 thermal imager and its image processing system. The AGA80 is generally only used to test the temperature field of objects that are bulky and slowly changing in temperature. In this paper, the triggering pulse synchronization control of thermal resistance heating is introduced, and the test subject of high-speed transient temperature field is solved by multiple fulcrum driving, repeated acquisition and stacking, and the application range of such instruments is broadened.
