高层次创造性人才是在各个领域有强烈的事业心和社会责任感,有创新精神和能力,为国家发展做出重大贡献,在我国特别是在世界领先的带头人和杰出人才。我国应大力构建和创新高层次创造性人才培养的模式与机制。文章从高层次人才的内涵、素养及培养思路、措施等方面进行了探讨。
High-level creative talents are highly dedicated and socially responsible in all fields. They have the innovative spirit and ability to make significant contributions to the development of the country and are the leading leaders and outstanding talents in our country, especially in the world. China should vigorously construct and innovate the models and mechanisms for training high-level creative talents. The article discusses the connotation, accomplishment and training ideas and measures of high-level talents.
