小学教育是小学生正式进入学生时代的起始点,对小学生今后发展和进步有着十分重要的作用。小学语文学科作为一种文学性和工具性很强的学科,对学生文学能力、写作能力和阅读能力的培养有着十分重要的作用。作为一名小学语文教师要充分认识到时代发展所赋予的教育责任,一切从学生角度出发,做小学生的领航人。一名幸福小学语文教师是提高就学质量的保证,是适应新课程改革的要求。本文主要结合实际情况,就如何做一名幸福的小学语文老师进行了分析,希望通过本次研究对同行有所助益。
Primary education is the starting point for students entering the era of pupils formally, and plays an important role in the future development and progress of pupils. As a highly literary and instrumental subject, primary language subject plays an important role in the cultivation of students’ literary ability, writing ability and reading ability. As a primary school language teacher, we should fully understand the educational responsibility given by the development of the times and act as the pilot for primary school students from a student’s point of view. A happy primary school language teacher is to improve the quality of education is to adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum reform. Based on the actual situation, this paper analyzes how to be a happy primary school language teacher, and hopes that this study will be helpful to our counterparts.
