绿色建筑是多种技术的综合运用,既不是单纯简单的“绿色”也不是指屋顶花园、立体绿化等,相应地力求全面性开发沿用足够创新的原材料,在维持周边居民身心健康状态的前提条件下,避免对所属区域传统文化和生态环境体系造成严重破坏,具体操作模式便是借助天然采光和自然通风等功能特性,令广大居民产生回归大自然的感官效应,进一步贯彻落实预设的社会主义各类事业的可持续规划发展理念。
