一、前言在全国工业全面大跃进之际,某些工业原料的需要量迅速增长,酒精是工业生产上较迫切需要的原料之一,也是日常医疗工作中所不可缺少的,用于施手术者的手臂灭菌时,其消耗量甚大,因此,我们希望能找到一种酒精的代用品,把节约的酒精用在更需要的地方。这种代用品既要使用简便,又要能达到杀灭细菌的目的,我们手术室从1958年12月中旬起,采用洁而灭溶液作为施手术者的手臂灭菌剂。经过六个半月的应用,颇称满意,兹总结如下,以供参考。
