HS科技公司是一家专注于电力变电站智能检测与维护技术开发、生产与应用的初创期企业,目前公司研发的产品为基于高压变电站在线监测系统的子系统。因处于初创阶段,企业市场份额比较小,该产品项目的直接经济效益存在不确定性,同时产品线较多、投资规模相对于企业规模来说较大,使企业出现资金约束。鉴于此,公司在项目资金投入决策和绩效评价过程中采用了投资决策分析法和平衡计分卡,试图提升项目管理水平并提高效益。
HS Technology is a startup focused on the development, production and application of smart detection and maintenance technologies for power substations. The company’s research and development products are based on the subsystems of high-voltage substation on-line monitoring systems. Due to the initial stage, the market share of the enterprise is relatively small, the direct economic benefits of the product are uncertain, and the product line is large. The scale of the investment is relatively large compared with the size of the enterprise, which causes the capital constraints of the enterprise. In view of this, the company used investment decision analysis method and balanced scorecard in the process of project capital investment decision-making and performance evaluation to try to improve the project management level and improve the efficiency.
